EPC ( Fiji ) Ltd. was incorporated in 2000 to fully utilize the skills and expertise of senior engineers in EPC International to groom the young and dynamic engineers in EPC Fiji. Using the mentor-mentee approach , EPCI believes in transferring the knowledge gained to the junior engineers as part of succession planning aimed specifically for business continuity and survival of EPCI’s group of companies. EPCF engages in turnkey project handling in Fiji, especially as a dedicated service provider to Fiji Electrical Authority. Having EPCI’ s resources both financially and technically, EPCF was awarded many of FEA’s 33/ 11 kV switchyard projects from year 2000 till today. Some of the projects executed were:
